Starting with Warcraft III, Kim Phan has been passionately contributing to the esports scene from a variety of different angles. Whether it was shoutcasting competitive matches, interviewing professional players, or leading a professional team of her own, Kim has turned her love of esports into a burgeoning career. Now as Blizzard’s Director of Esports Operations, Kim's role as IGEC's first keynote speaker represents all that the founders of this conference hold dear: authenticity, leadership, and real-world esports experience coming together to create something incredible.
