On May 6th, the GIGABYTE Marines made it to the Group Stage when they defeated SuperMassive by 3-1 in the 3rd round of the Play-In Stage. This determined the six teams that will be playing in the Group Stage on May 10th.

SKT T1, G2 Esports, and Team WE, invitational teams from Korea, Europe, and China, will be joining to play in the Group Stage. Countless league fans are very excited to see how the Play-In teams will perform against these three invitational teams.

The Group-Stage will be held for five days, going from May 10th to 14th, and the top four teams will proceed to play in the Semifinals and Finals, which run for three days, from the 19th to 21st.

Scores for each team will be recorded everyday after the match, and when all matches on the 5th day of the Group Stage are processed, the two teams with the lowest scores will be eliminated. This is why the tension has been on the rise since the Group Stage.
