In yet another off-season change from Team Liquid, Academy Jungler, Shernfire, was released from the org on May 15th. With the end of Week 8 for LCS Academy, the Dignitas and Evil Geniuses Academy rosters have qualified for the playoffs, each with a 10-6 record. They join Cloud9, who has locked in first seed, with three slots left to be claimed. Read more here:
After an incredible start followed by a harsh recoil, Dignitas has swapped their League of Legends Championship Series starting jungler, Grig, for Academy jungler, Akaadian. Only one member of Clutch Gaming was also on the roster for the team's last victory over TSM in the Quarterfinals of the 2018 NA LCS Spring Split: Nam "LirA" Tae-yoo.
