Solo found himself in the unfortunate position of going teamless in the 2019 off-season after a rough ending to his time on Echo Fox. But halfway through the 2020 Spring Split, FlyQuest picked him up as an assistant coach, a new role for the top laner. Esports organization Evil Geniuses just had its most important day in years. The organization finalized its acquisition of the NRG Esports Counter-Strike: Global Offensiver roster, and is set to acquire the open franchise spot that previously belonged to Echo Fox.

Rick Fox told TMZ that he would be willing to remain in his current position with his esports organization Echo Fox if a certain investor would leave the company. The investor in question had previously made racist remarks to describe Fox and former CEO Echo Fox CEO Jace Hall, which resulted in Fox informing the organization of his intention to leave.
