On Tuesday afternoon, the next chapter in the story of 2019's "streaming wars" was written and it included some big names. Simultaneously, Ben "DrLupo" Lupo, Tim "timthetatman" Betar and Saqib "Lirik" Zahid released videos on their Twitter accounts announcing that they had all signed multi-year extensions with Twitch to remain on the platform exclusively for the foreseeable future. The compensation and length of the deal was not made public.
