According to a report by Upcomer, following announcements that former-star mid laner Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg has left the TSM organization, it appears that rival LCS organization Team Liquid is one of the leading candidates pursuing him.
Bjergsen retired following the 2020 season and has continued his League of Legends esports career as the head coach of TSM throughout the 2021 season, but with his contract ending on November 16th, it looks like the former mid laner may be looking to come out of retirement.
TSM looked to find a Bjergsen replacement in POE and so far, he and his control mages have fit the new era of the team like a glove.
According to Wolf, PowerOfEvil told TSM on Tuesday, November 10th that he was planning to sign with them at the start of the free agency window on Monday, November 16th instead of Evil Geniuses, who was also in talks with PowerOfEvil in addition to other mid laners.
