Riot Games announced their first global TFT tournament, the TFT: Galaxies Championship. However, it left off a few of the main League of Legends regions, including Oceania. ESPN Esports' Jacob Wolf has reported that Team Liquid AD Carry Yiliang "Doublelift" Peng will be heading back to his former organization TSM. TL put Doublelift on the trading block last week after the team finished in 9th place this spring after four consecutive League of Legends Championship Series championships.
According to a tweet made by Travis Gafford, Team Liquid has placed Doublelift's contract is up for trade. Doublelift had an underwhelming split thsi Spring after winning his fifth title in a row last year from Summer 2017 to Summer 2019. He tweeted his lack of motivation and loss of trust from his teammates earlier this year. Read more on his potential trade here:

Doublelift reached his 1500th kill in the LCS after playing professional League of Legends for the last eight years. He was the first player in the LCS to reach the 1,000 kill mark and the first to reach 1500. He has almost 2800 kills overall. Read more on the LCS kill leader here:
