Starting the day in a three way tie with TL and IG at 2-1, DWG won their first two games and become the first to advance out of Group D. Sitting at 4-1, they only have AHQ left, and defeating them will guarantee first seed.
Coming out of the first Round Robin, AHQ sat at 0-3 and needed to go 3-0 on elimination day to qualify to the Worlds 2019 Knockout Stage. Invictus Gaming shut out that possibility in just the first game, read about it here:

After a near hour of game-play (and a lot of Infinity Edges), Clutch's Nexus fell. While it was an incredibly difficult road they needed to travel to make it to Madrid, it would've been a beautiful one if they did. Alas, they join their fellow NA reps, Cloud9, on the trip back to LA instead.
SKT came in to the second Round Robin with a 3-0 record, needing only to beat either RNG or FNC to secure a place in the Knockout Stage. As fate would have it, they beat RNG in their first game!
