Popular Spanish Twitch streamer and KOI CEO Ibai “Ibai” Llanos has revealed that Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny will appear on his stream today at 1 p.m. EST.

Ibai, a former LVP caster in League of Legends, has developed an incredibly successful career on Twitch. He is one of few streamers on the platform to eclipse the coveted 10 million follower benchmark, good for #6 on the all-time followed list on Twitch. Furthermore, his legion of followers continue to tune into his streams, where he has hosted a number of notable streams, such as the La Velada del Año, or The Evening of the Year event, which streamed to 1.5 million concurrent viewers.

However, those major accolades and streams could be topped later today when Ibai teams up with one of music’s most notable superstars in the world later today.

“Today, I will fulfill a dream that I had for years,” Ibai wrote on Twitter. “This afternoon at 19:00 on my Twitch channel, I will chat and play something with @sanbenito [Bad Bunny] for a while. I’ve been nervous for a few days. I still can’t believe it aaaaaaaaaaaaa.”

Bad Bunny is one of the most popular and accomplished musical artists right now. The 28-year-old has won multiple Grammy Awards for his albums and has over 39 million followers on Instagram as well as 60 million monthly Spotify plays. Now, the Puerto Rican superstar is taking his talents and popularity to one of Twitch’s most popular streamers.

Currently, the record for most concurrent viewers on a personal Twitch stream is held by Spanish streamer The Grefg, who streamed to 2.4 million concurrent viewers in January 2021. However, given the popularity of both Ibai and Bad Bunny, today’s stream could possibly challenge what has been seen as an unbreakable Twitch record.
