London Spitfire, the new London franchise for the Overwatch League, revealed their team name and logo on the official Overwatch League website, November 1st. The London Spitfire is owned by the well-known esports organization, Cloud9, which was in the limelight when it was known to have pro gamers from KongDoo Panthera and GC Busan, two Korean teams that performed well in the Overwatch APEX, join the team.

The team uses light blue, which represents Cloud 9, for their team logo and the Tracer skin, a game character with the history of working for the Royal Air Force in the game's lore.
Jack Etienne, the owner of Cloud 9, commented, “We’re excited to represent London in the Overwatch League with the Spitfire. We’ve put together a fantastic team and are anxious to see them in action in the debut season of the Overwatch League early next year.”
London Spitfire so far has Rascal, Fissure, birdring, Bdosin from Team KongDoo Panthera join their team. It is said that 6 more players from GC Busan and 2 more players from FA will be joining the team, which would make 12 players in total on their roster, although GC Busan has yet to make an official announcement on this.
