The Summer Games has returned to Overwatch on August 8th.

Just like last year’s Summer Games, the 2017 Summer Games will be a seasonal event where you can enjoy Lucioball and unlock season-limited Skins, Emotes, and Highlight Intros.

Loot Boxes will change to Summer Games Loot Boxes during the event and will contain Summer-themed Skins, Emotes, and Highlight Intros. In addition, Skins from the previous Summer Games are unlockable with ⅓ Credits, meaning that you need to spend only 1,000 Credits for last year’s Legendary Skins.

Along with the unlockables, Lucioball is also back in the Arcade. Lucioball is a 3vs3 soccer game where all players play as Lucio. The players must throw or push the soccer ball using Lucio’s melee and right click in order to score as much as possible within a 4-minute period.

Lucioball will be held in Estádio das Rãs, which is last year’s map for the Lucioball, or in Sydney Harbour Arena, a newly added map. This year, Lucioball will offer two modes: the regular Lucioball and Copa Lucioball, which is the Competitive Play version of Lucioball. Copa Lucioball will have placement matches, skill rating tiers, and competitive points.

Copa Lucioball is available for 3 weeks, and special sprays will be rewarded to the players who participate in the game.
