One of Talon's most important leaders and a man devoted towards strengthening humanity through conflict, Doomfist has slammed onto the Overwatch PTR just hours ago. Doomfist has been one of the most highly anticipated characters ever since the first Overwatch cinematic, and fans are reacting very positively to his aesthetic and style.

Born to a wealthy Nigerian family, Akande "Doomfist" Ogundimu inherited the prosthetic technology company responsible for his hulking fist. He is a renowned tournament fighter whose true passion is competitive martial arts. After being imprisoned by Winston for his wanton mayhem and affiliation with Talon, Doomfist is now free from Prison and determined to, once again, bring out the best of humanity by forcing it into epic conflict.

His melee prowess is a huge part of his kit and brings highly aggressive gameplay to Overwatch. Using his fist, he can leap opponents in the air and slam them back to the ground. He can dive enemies and knock them against walls for extra damage. Players who excel at predicting their opponents and flanking fragile enemies will immediately be drawn to Doomfist and his brawler style of play.
