DAMWON Gaming defeated Jin Air Green Wings 2-0 on February 16th at LoL Park. JAG had the upper hand in the early phase of game 1, although they failed to use that advantage to snowball the game. In the end, DAMWON managed to win the last team fight with their Baron buff. DWG dominated game 2 with lane priority and vision control. They were also able to take most of the objects, including all of the drakes. JAG tried to withstand as much as they could while waiting for Route's Sivir to scale. SKT T1 defeated Gen.G 2-1 on February 16th, which was the fourth day of week 4 for the LCK 2019 Spring Season. Although Gen.G managed to snowball the upper hand they got in the early phase of game 1, they had a difficult time turning the tide around in both game 2 and 3. In the end, Gen.G helplessly watched SKT T1 march on and destroy their Nexus. This happened because SKT T1 managed to remain calm and kill enemies with quick backup.
On February 16th, the 4th day of Week 4 for the LCK 2019 Spring Season took place at the LoL Park, South Korea. The first match was between SKT T1 and Gen.G; Gen.G had an upper hand with their team comp during the team fights, using their CC combos to score kills. This allowed them to snowball the game, winning the first game. However, SKT T1 was ready to pay back in the second and third game. In both game 2 and 3, SKT T1 was able to have the upper hand in the early phase. They managed to stay ahead of their enemy by taking objectives such as drakes. The total gold gap started to grow between two teams, and SKT T1 was able to march on to destroy enemy Nexus by winning 2-1.
