Schalke 04 Esports announced earlier today that Konstantinos-Napoleon "FORG1VEN" Tzortziou will be their starting AD in the 2020 League of Legends European Championship season, pending Riot approval. "The King is back."
Raised in Greece, Konstantinos started playing online video games at the age of 13, playing primarily Counter-Strike, becoming a well known figure in the Greek scene, pursuing the game for roughly four years and making it in the pro scene. League of Legends came to interest a bit later, after his previous experience playing DoTA.
In the year of 2016, FORG1VEN reached top 4 at the League of Legends Worlds Championship, with H2k-Gaming. On February 25th, the player announced in a post-game interview that time had come for him to serve in the Greek army, making that win over Fnatic his last, however a week later his team announced he was deferred of service temporarily to continue playing for the season. Ever since, the player had been part of rosters like Different Dimension, We Love Gaming, and Origen.
