Jin Air Green Wings has started to rebuild the team.
On the 31st (KST), Jin Air Green Wings announced through their official social media that they will part ways with most of their roster. According to today’s announcement, they will be parting ways with coach Choi “Alvingo” Byeong-cheol, Heo “Lindarang” Man-heung, Lee “TaNa” Sang-wook, Kim “Malrang” Geun-seong, Kim “Seize” Chan-hee, Lee “Stitch” Seung-joo, Park “Nova” Chan-ho, and Kim “Kellin” Hyeong-gyu.
Jin Air Green Wings prevised that they will be going through mass rebuilding after they were demoted to Challengers Korea by terminating the contract with head coach Han “H-Dragon” Sang-yong on the 25th. 5 days later, they re-signed coach Chun “Sweet” Jung-hee.
With today’s announcement, Jin Air Green Wings’ top, jungle, and support positions have become available. The only players remaining in the roster are Lee “Grace” Chan-joo, Moon “Route” Geom-su, and Lee “Bambi” Gyu-bin.
Along with the announcement, Jin Air Green Wings thanked their former players and coach. “Thank you to all those who were with Jin Air Green Wings for the past year, coaches, players, and the fans that cheered for us. We hope the coaches and players who take a new challenge to shine and be better.”
