On the 6th of December, LPL's Bilibili Gaming announced that they have signed Kuro. Having joined the team early, Kuro had already left to China and is currently residing in the BLG teamhouse.

"I'm currently learning Chinese; it's hard, but fun," he said. "Now that I'm living in another country, I felt that people are all the same, no matter where you're from." Kuro added that the people from LPL do not follow a fixed idea but rather, think outside the box.

In the past, before the 2018 Rift Rivals, Kuro had shown concerns about having to switch his diet for Chinese food. In regards to food, Kuro stated, "I had a lot of concerns regarding food, but there are so many different types of food available here. In addition, the team cooks Korean food on request, food that I'm used to. They're really delicious."

Lastly, Kuro said, "Due to the language barrier, I won't be able to play well immediately. However, as many fans from both Korea and Chinese are rooting for me, I'll do my best so that they won't worry."
