On Feb 26, Choi Yoon-sup, who was released from the head coach of Golden Guardians , announced his position on the resigned issue. 

Locodoco was removed from the head coach at an early date, less than three weeks after NA LCS Spring Split started. The reason was due to improper conduct to a female Riot Games Esports division worker at an interview.

Locodoco who started expressing his position as saying "Thank you to the Golden Guardian who gave me the head coach position" said, "I had a personal story that was not appropriate to solve the tension before the interview. I fully understand the decision that the Golden Guardians made, regardless of my intentions."

On the other hand, the Golden Guardians, who have been in a slump, is ninth in the NLCS with 3 wins and 9 losses.
