On the 6th of December (KST), kt Rolster announced that they have acquired jungler Lee “Rush” Yoon-jae, mid laner Son “Ucal” Woo-hyeon and coach Son “Sonstar” Seung-ik through twitter.

Rush is a jungler who played in the NA LCS. He had previously played for LMQ, Team Impulse and Cloud 9. Ucal is a rookie mid laner who was a practice member and achieved solo rank no.1. Coach Sonstar was a player for kt Rolster and had also played for the Incredible Miracle and Giants Gaming. He started his career as a coach at Team AURORA.

A source from kt Rolster said, “Despite his old age, Rush had much passion inside him and he wanted to play in the LCK. His play style is different from that of Score, so we expect him to show a new type of jungler at kt.” and continued talking about Ucal. “Ucal is now signed as a player from a practice member. He is very earnest and has great passion. We are looking forward to his growth at kt.” Also, about the new coach, “Sonstar played for us back in 2013. We considered his career in foreign countries and his outstanding personalities back when he played for us. We needed a strategy coach at the moment, so we signed him.”

Meanwhile, kt Rolster had renewed contracts with all the members from last season. With the new members acquired at several positions, fans are watching with interest how kt Rolster would change next season.
