Spring is almost over, but the Korean esports scene is still full of flowers from wedding announcements. The esports scene might be ever-competitive, but it was heartwarming to see the players, staffs and fans from all around the world wishing the best for our new brides and grooms.

Samsung Galaxy's jungler Chanyong "Ambition" Kang will marry his fiancee Solji Maeng in May. Their relationship was well-known even before the announcement, as he often brought up his fiancee during interviews. Now, with the couple's wedding set in May, Ambition will also become the first active Korean LoL pro player to be married.

Edward Gaming's coach Nochul "NoFe" Jung, previously the head coach for ROX Tigers, also announced his marriage in September with Saejin Lee, who used to be the team manager of ROX Tigers. For fans of ROX, the wedding announcement came with a welcome surprise, as players from 2016 ROX have assembled to be the groomsmen for the couple's pre-wedding photos.

The esports scene might be competitive in nature, but there are more to it than just spectacular matches and fierce rivalries. We hope that these two couples will only be the beginning of heartwarming news that we'll deliver.
