DRX announced that they’ve signed Bae “Jett” Ho-young for their mid lane. Formerly known as Plex or Hoyoung, Jett had his debut through KeG. Back then, he played with Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon (kt Rolster), Choi “Ellim” El-lim, and Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong (T1) and reached the qualification round in the 2018 KeSPA Cup. Afterward, Jett became a practice member of Griffin and moved on to the LPL to play for LNG Esports and Team WE.
On signing Jett, DRX general manager Choi “cCarter” Byeong-hoon said, “Jett’s intelligent plays will help overcome the team’s current difficult situation.”
Jett also shared his thoughts on joining the team. “I’m sincerely thankful to DRX who gave me a chance. I’ll do my best so that I could seize this chance in front of me. I’m excited to play as soon as possible. I’ll make sure that I get good results.”
Up to now, the 2021 LCK Summer Split has been a nightmare for DRX. They’re down in the last place with 0 wins and 7 losses.
