Bandai Namco Entertainment today launched a special campaign celebrating the 10th anniversary of its popular mobile game DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE, unveiling a host of new features and character enhancements.

The anniversary update introduces two long-awaited fusion characters – Super Vegito and Super Gogeta – created when players combine the in-game avatars “Super Saiyan Goku + Super Saiyan Vegeta (Angel)” and “Super Saiyan Vegeta (Angel) + Super Saiyan Goku (Angel),” respectively. In addition to these marquee additions, the celebration spotlights four other featured characters, including “Super Saiyan 3 Goku (GT) (Golden Giant Ape)” and “Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta” from the first phase, as well as “Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Youth)” and “Frieza (Final Form) (Angel) + Goku” from the second phase.

A key gameplay innovation is the introduction of the new “Reversible Exchange” skill, which enables players to switch between paired characters mid-battle when activation conditions are met. Developers say this strategic option is designed to provide greater flexibility and tactical depth during combat.

Alongside these character and skill enhancements, the 10th Anniversary campaign also brings significant updates to the game’s interface. The overhaul features a cleaner, more immersive battle screen with dynamic animations that aim to capture the high-octane action of the Dragon Ball series. In-game visuals and user interface improvements are intended to simplify gameplay while enhancing the overall combat experience.

The celebration is further amplified by a commercial featuring NBA star De’Aaron Fox, who joins fans in marking the milestone anniversary. The athlete’s message highlights the game’s unique appeal and the excitement surrounding this major update.

Players can now experience the refreshed look and feel of DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE as part of the ongoing 10th Anniversary festivities.
