All four Korean squads secured berths in the playoffs during Week 5 of the VALORANT Champions Tour Pacific Stage 1 at Seoul’s SOOP Colosseum. Nongshim RedForce claimed the final ticket, DRX solidified second place in the Alpha Group, and T1’s defeat to Talon Esports set up a first‑round rematch with DRX.
Nongshim RedForce entered the Omega Group’s final slate with a 2–2 record and faced Japan’s Zeta Division on April 20. After dropping the second map, the Korean side stormed back in the decider, winning eight consecutive rounds to close out a 13–7 victory and finish 3–2. That result vaulted RedForce into fourth place and completed the quartet of Korean teams advancing to the postseason.

Defending champions DRX squared off with Gen.G for the Alpha Group’s second spot on the same day. Gen.G captured the opening map, but DRX responded on Bind by building an 8–4 halftime lead and holding firm to win 13–10. On Ascent, DRX overcame an early 4–8 deficit by seizing nine of the final ten rounds, securing a 13–9 map victory and a 2–1 series win that left both teams at 4–1 for the week. DRX’s consistency earned them the runner‑up position behind BOOM Esports.

T1, which had already clinched a playoff place, fell 2–1 to Talon Esports in their final Omega Group match, dropping to 3–2 and third in the standings. That result paired T1 against DRX in the opening round of the upper bracket, while Gen.G will face Talon Esports as the Alpha Group’s second seed. Nongshim RedForce will begin its playoff run in the lower bracket’s first round. Teams will reconvene for the knockout stages following the conclusion of regular‑season play on April 21.
