Top Laner Finn "Finn" Wiestål has signed a new deal with Rogue, extending his contract with the LEC organization through 2022. Finn joined Rogue Esports Club, Rogue's academy team in the Ultraliga, for the 2019 season as its starting Top Laner before starting to split time with Rogue Top Laner Kim "Profit" Jun-hyung before taking the spot over entirely midway through the year.

Rogue finished in 10th place in the 2019 LEC Spring Split with a record of 2-16, but after promoting the entirety of Rogue EC to the main roster, qualified for Summer Playoffs as the 5th seed with a record of 7-11. Rogue shook the European continent in the first round of playoffs with a 3-0 upset of Splyce, but would find its Summer Finals bid cut short by FC Schalke 04 in a 3-1 loss.

Considering the split-to-split improvement from Rogue, locking up proven young talent for multiple years should have Rogue fans looking forward to a prosperous future.
