Lee "Rush" Yoon-jae has joined Counter Logic Gaming. The professional Jungler, who was last seen starting for Echo Fox midway through the 2019 LCS Summer Split, is the newest member of the CLG Stream Team.

Rush was released by Echo Fox midway through the split after the team struggled to climb out of last place. Looking for new blood to freshen up the roster, Echo Fox purchased the contract of Team Liquid Academy Jungler Mike "MikeYeung" Yeung. Unfortunately for Echo Fox, MikeYeung didn't fare much better, and Echo Fox finished its final LCS split in last place with a record of 4-14.

Whether Rush has been playing professionally in South Korea, North America, or not at all, his otherworldly mechanics and care-free, fun-loving personality has kept the Kind Boy in favor of fans around the globe despite the past few years of his career defined primarily by struggles and shortcomings.

The peak of Rush's career was four years ago, where as the ace of Team Impulse, he was named the 2015 NA LCS Summer Split MVP. That very same split, Counter Logic Gaming swept TSM in the 2015 NA LCS Summer Playoffs in front of a roaring crowd at Madison Square Garden to win its first NA LCS championship in the organization's history.

Regardless of specifics, the League of Legends scene is a better place with Rush in it, and legacy fans of LoL Esports may remember the fond, similar trajectories of Rush's best professional splits and the Golden Age of Counter Logic Gaming.
