On the 2nd of April, 100 Thieves announced through their official Twitter that they’ve parted ways with Choi “Huhi” Jae-hyun.

Although 100 Thieves entered this season with high expectations as a team that left good results in 2018 and by acquiring Huhi and Bae “Bang” Jun-sik, but their performance and results were exactly the opposite of fans’ expectations. 100 Thieves struggled throughout the season, leaving a 4-14 record and in the last place of the LCS.

Huhi had signed with 100 Thieves at the end of last year but lasted only one split with the team. His performance with the 100 Thieves wasn’t exactly the best; his last match in the LCS was week 6 against Golden Guardians where 100 Thieves struggled a loss. Huhi’s KDA for the split was only at 2.56 which was last for all mid laners in the LCS that played more than 10 games.

Huhi also shared his thoughts on his own Twitter, thanking 100 Thieves for the opportunity.
