Wemade became the main sponsor of GSTAR (Game Show & Trade, All-Round) 2022 with 200 B2C booths, which is equivalent to 600mx600m in size. GSTAR, held annually in Korea’s 2nd biggest city Busan, is the biggest video game show in Korea.
Wemade, the main sponsor of GSTAR back in 2012 and 2020, is the first game company in Korea to be the main sponsor of the event three times.
At GSTAR 2022, Wemade will be giving a sneak peak at Night Crow (temporary title) by MADNGINE and Legend of YMIR by WemadeXR. Also during the event, Wemade will be decorating Busan Station, Bexco Center, Gwangalli, and Haeundae with Wemade logo, game images and messages.
“We’re honored to be the main sponsor of GSTAR this year as we’re witnessing a critical paradigm shift into blockchain games,” said Henry Chang, CEO of Wemade. “We will try our best to make GSTAR a memorable experience to everyone as everything is back to normal this year.”
GSTAR2022 will be held for four days from November 17th (Thurs) to 20th (Sunday) at the Bexco Center in Busan. Wemade has been introducing its global blockchain platform WEMIX through Wemade’s global roadshow, WIN2022 (Wemix In NFT 2022) starting with GDC2022 back in March, and closing the roadmap with GSTAR2022 in November.
