Twitch streamer and co-owner of 100 Thieves Jack "CouRage" Dunlop announced on Tuesday that he has officially uninstalled Warzone. According to the streamer, he will be playing other games like Fortnite, Halo, Apex, and VALORANT in its place, saying "good riddance" to Warzone and its new Pacific Island-based Caldera map. His decision to leave behind Warzone comes shortly after he was involved in the official launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard.

CouRage's announcement comes in the wake of the release of Warzone Pacific, which takes place on the new map Caldera. Many players have expressed their frustration with the island map, complaining that it lacks visibility, has too much environmental noise blocking out footsteps, and that the new loadout drop changes are ruining the pace of the game.

The new loadout drop system has players waiting until later in matches before they can call in their custom Warzone loadouts. This system has drawn significant criticism from Dr Disrespect, JGOD, Nick Mercs, and others, who claim it ruins the pace of the game.

On top of that, the new RICHOCHET anti-cheat system has not been enough to stop the droves of hackers from entering and ruining Warzone matches.

Two hours before uninstalling the game, CouRage also took to Twitter to complain about the "ridiculous amount of attachments" in Vanguard, saying that 70+ attachments is too many to process. This is on top of the fact that every Vanguard weapon can use 10 attachments at once, which is a nightmare to consider every possible permutation in comparison to the former 5 attachments by default.

CouRage follows other major influencers like Nick Mercs, who left the game earlier this year, saying that he was no longer enjoying the game. Mercs has since invested much of his on-stream playtime into Apex Legends.
