On Dec. 3, T1 announced that they have re-signed with jungler Moon "Oner" Hyeon-joon and bot laner Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong and called up support Kim "Asper" Tae-gi from Challengers team to complete a 6-man roster for the 2022 season with top laner Choi "Zeus" Woo-je, mid laner Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok, and support Ryu "Keria" Min-seok.

T1 parted ways with several players from their 10-man roster for the 2021 season, including Park "Teddy" Jin-seong, Ryu "Hoit" Ho-seong, Moon "Cuzz" Woo-chan, Lee "Clozer" Ju-hyeon, Choi "Ellim" El-lim, and Kim "Canna" Chang-dong. 

T1 did not sign with any new players for the 2022 season. Instead, they are staying with five players from the 2021 roster — Zeus, Oner, Faker, Gumayusi, and Keria — and Asper from their Challengers team. T1 decided to stay with the members who made it to the semifinals of Worlds 2021.
