On November 16, DetonatioN FocusMe announced that they parted ways with mid laner Lee "Aria" Ga-eul and head coach Yang "Yang" Gwang-pyo. In their tweet, they said "Without both members, DFM would not have made a breakthrough in Worlds 2021. The whole team cannot stand the gratitude. We pray for further progress in the future."

Aria started his LJL career in 2019 as a mid laner in Crest Gaming Act. Yang started his LJL career in 2020 as a coach in AXIZ. Both Aria and Yang joined DFM in 2021 and won both Spring and Summer splits, qualifying to both MSI and Worlds 2021. In Worlds, they made history, becoming the first LJL team to qualify for main stage at Worlds.

Whether Aria and Yang will stay in LJL or move to a different league is yet to be announced.
