Over the two days of the Pokemon GO Fest 2021, users caught many different Pokemon that weren’t available before. During day 2 in particular, all of the legendary raids popped up one after another. There were four different types of raid hours during the second day — wind, lava, frost, and thunder — and different legendary Pokemon appeared for each hour.

 

Those who are reading this probably caught some of these Pokemon and are looking for the best moves and skillsets for them to make them more efficient in battles and raids. So without further ado, here are the best moves and skillsets for the legendary Pokemon that were available on day 2 of the GO Fest.

Among the legendary Pokemon for the wind hour raids, Mewtwo, Giratina, and Cresselia are the most useful. Mewtwo and Giratina are two of the best raid/gym attackers in this game, and Cresselia is great in the Ultra league for PVP.

More than half of the lava hour raid Pokemon are considered top-tier. Moltres and Reshiram are top-tier fire attackers, Groudon and Landorus are top-tier ground attackers, and Terrakion is a top-tier rock attacker.

The frost hour raid Pokemon are better for PVP, but they’re still useful in raids as well. Articuno and Lugia are strong in PVPs, Kyogre is the best water attacker, and Palkia is a top-tier dragon attacker.

The No.1 Pokemon for the thunder hour raids is Rayquaza, which is one of the best dragon/flying-type attackers. Dialga and Zekrom are also top-tier attackers as well.

 

The other legendary Pokemon are also pretty good, but they aren’t used as often as the ones mentioned in the tables above.
