Korea’s first ever VALORANT pro team has been formed. The team’s name is Vision Strikers (VS), and the meaning comes from being the ‘strikers’ who have insight into the future and insight into the unseen. As the Vision Strikers, they hope to leave the fans around the world in a trance with incredible plays.

What’s notable about VS is that not only are all the players on VS used to be ex Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) pro players that have retired from the genre to switch over to VALORANT, but were also on the same team during their tenure in CS:GO. 

In order to secure great player talent and rapid growth in skill, VS are contemplating aggressive moves, such as the creation of sister teams, and promised full support in the growth of VALORANT esports.

The following is VS’ current VALORANT roster, and it’ll be expanding with intent to scout and nurture new talent.

VS' team captain, glow, commented, “I’d like to thank all our sponsors for their incredible support, and as the team captain, I’ll take much responsibility in not only living up to their expectations, but in creating the best team in the world.”

The head coach for VS, termi, also added, “The immediate priority is shaping the team to become the best in Korea, and to be the representing VALORANT team of this country. Looking further ahead, we want to become the best in the world, and as a team with clear vision, we want to be respected and envied as a team by esports fans around the world."
