With the recent announcement of Son “Ucal” Woo-hyeon returning to kt Rolster, they’ve also  announced the return of their former top laner, Song “Smeb” Kyung-ho. 

After an abysmal 2019 season, Smeb initially left KT and announced that he’ll be going on a break. However, KT recently announced that their top laner, Jeon “Ray” Ji-won will not be playing in the upcoming Summer split due to personal reasons. Despite the rumors of Smeb circulating that he'll be heading to the LPL, and the leak on Kim "PraY"'s stream that Smeb declined KT's offer in an unfriendly way, he ultimately accepted KT’s offer to rejoin the team.

KT commented, “After a long break, Smeb has returned to KT. Please send him your love and support, as he prepares to take flight under the KT name.”
