Following the reveal of discussing contract termination with its League of Legends Champions Korea roster, Team Griffin has been releasing its roster in waves. This week, the team announced the departure of their Jungle and Support players.
Heading to the Relegations tournament, Team Griffin added Kim “Wadid” Bae-in to their roster as a Support player, in hopes it would quickly remedy the team’s worst season in the LCK so far. Lee “Tarzan” Seung-Yong has been with the team since 2017, making his departure a staggering move.
Team Griffin announced on their social media channels, “Good Morning. This is Team Griffin. As of today, Griffin ended the agreement with players Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yong and Kim “Wadid” Bae-in. We sincerely thank the two players, who always did their best with their team members. We look forward to your continued support for both players. Thank you.”
