On the 2nd (KST), DragonX took on KT Rolster in Round 2 of the 2020 LCK Spring. DRX was able to take down KT Rolster in a seemingly one-sided fashion, with a set score of 2-0. With this victory by DRX, they were able to put a halt to the 8-match win streak and start their own match win streak.
The POG for the series, Keria and Doran, joined the LCK broadcast for the post-match interview.
KT Rolster was on the road to extend their win streak to 9 matches. How does it feel to take the victory from a team riding a high momentum?
Keria: I was worried that it was going to be a tough matches vs KT, a team that was on a winning streak, so I’m really glad that we were able to beat them 2-0.
The team seemed shaky after the start of Round 2, but today’s performance was on point. How did you manage to turn yourselves around?
Keria: After Round 2 began, I believe that the team learned a lot from our losses. For me, I was overconfident.
Doran: Although it did feel bad to lose, I didn’t learn too much from it.
Kassadin played a huge part in leading teams to victory tonight. What are your thoughts on Kassadin?
Keria: Since Chovy’s the one playing Mid lane, I’m really not sure. I really don’t know anything about it. Deft’s the draft god, so I think he’ll know.
Your Thresh was on point today. Do you think you played well on Thresh?
Keria: I at least think that I played Thresh well tonight.
Doran, you seemed a bit shaky lately, but your performance tonight was stellar. How would you rate yourself out of 10?
Doran: I want to give myself a 10. I've showed everything I got today.
Your next opponents are Gen.G. Can you share your resolutions for the matchup to your fans watching at home?
Keria: Gen.G’s a really good team, so I really want to beat them. Riding this momentum, I’ll make sure to put on a good performance and win.
Doran: Recently, I’m really lucky to be named POG a lot. If I get lucky again, I hope to be named POG again. Thank you.
