The second day of the 2020 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Spring Split Round 2 was held online. On the day, Hanwha Life Esports faced kt Rolster, SANDBOX Gaming played against Griffin, and DragonX met T1.

The first match was Hanwha Life Esports vs. kt Rolster. The star of this match was KT’s bot laner, Kim “Aiming” Ha-ram. In Game 1, he had a splendid performance on Ezreal, with a 10/0/5 performance and a pentakill. In the following game, Aiming played Aphelios, the champion he hasn’t yet lost with. Hanwha Life Esports responded with Brand support, but they weren’t able to make much of a difference. Both games ended within the 30-minute mark in KT’s favor.

SANDBOX Gaming and Griffin both were desperate for a win today. Griffin started off with a win as their two ADC champions, Lucian and Kai’Sa, were able to smash the opponent to the ground. Park "Viper" Do-hyeon's Kai'Sa had an 8/1/7 record and Yoon "Hoya" Yong-ho had a 6/0/6 record, and Griffin destroyed SANDBOX's Nexus within 31 minutes.

However, the following games didn't go in Griffin's way. SANDBOX brought in joker picks such as Vayne or Yasuo-Gragas in the following games. In Game 2, bot laner Moon "Route" Geom-su's Vayne performed well and in the last game, SANDBOX had a near-perfect game, only giving up one death to take the victory. Griffin fell to a 7-game losing streak.

DragonX and T1 fought fiercely for a long time in their matches. The first game went on for nearly 50 minutes, but there weren't that many kills involved. Until T1 succeeded to take the Dragon Soul, there weren't that many fights. As T1 took the soul and stopped DragonX's Baron attempt with an Ace, they marched through DragonX's base to the Nexus.

In Game 2, T1 twisted the picks and bans by picking Lucian and Cassiopeia and swapping the two's positions at the last moment. Park "Teddy" Jin-seong played Cassiopeia and Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok played Lucian. DragonX did their best to stay in the game, but Teddy's Cassiopeia became too strong to manage and T1 took the 2-0 victory.
