On August 17th, a new form of marketplace, the Luxury Auction, was added in Black Desert Online KR and the first auction took place shortly after. The Auction House is located in the southwest of Calpheon, inside the Banquet Hall. Extremely rare items that could not be found in BDO before will be put up for the auction and everyone can participate in the auction. If you become the highest bidder, you will get one of the most rare items in BDO.

If you want to join the auction, visit Calpheon and talk to Franco Russo. Russo will have one item available for auction at a time, and the player who bids the highest price will receive the item.

The auction is held for 10 days, and the remaining time for the auction will always be displayed at the top of the Auction House window. When a higher bidder appears before the current auction ends, the auction will be extended for 1 minute. The auction will be extended every time a higher bidder appears, meaning that an auction that involves an extremely popular item could go on endlessly.

The highest bidder’s name will not be revealed to anyone. You will get your money back if you are not the final bidder, but the time it takes to get your money back from the auction house is unknown. Also, changing the server will not change the item on the auction house, as players from different servers will be competing for the same item.

Franco Russo is currently selling a Combat/Skill EXP Transfer Ticket at the auction house. The item will allow you to choose two characters and swap their EXP. For example, if you have a level 55 Warrior and a level 60 Dark Knights and use the EXP Transfer Ticket on them, you will have a level 60 Warrior and a level 55 Dark Knight as a result. When transferring EXP from one character to another, the two characters must not be the same level, must unequip Awakening weapons, and must be over level 50. Also, awakening quests should be done separately. The minimum price for Combat/Skill EXP Transfer Ticket is 2 billion silver and the auction will take place for 10 days starting from August 18th 18:00 (KST).
