How to check the VALORANT shop on your phone

All VALORANT players have that one cosmetic they’re waiting to return to the in-game shop. Some may check the VALORANT shop every day to keep up with the rotation, but logging into the game every day on your PC or console may not be ideal.

I also enjoy following the in-game shop, especially around the times when Night Market opens. As a small-time collector, I use every opportunity to expand my VALORANT skin collection, and there have been days when I would have appreciated having a more mobile solution instead of waiting until I got to my PC.

As a long-time gamer, I got to use World of Warcraft and EA FC’s companion apps over the years, which allowed me to stay up-to-date with their respective games while also making me wonder whether there could be a similar solution for VALORANT.

How to check and see the VALORANT store rotation from your phone

The easiest way to follow the VALORANT in-store rotation from a mobile device is via third-party sites. Valorant Strike’s store page and The Valo Hub allow players to check the in-game store without opening the game themselves.

If you see a cosmetic you’d like to buy in the rotation, you’ll need to log into the game to purchase it with VP. Alternatively, you can also check out Discord Bots that send users the available items in the shop with messages.

Riot Games adds new cosmetics and even categories, like FLEX, to VALORANT, so the candidate pool for the rotation gets crowded with almost every patch. This means, it might take longer for a cosmetic to return back to the shop compared to previous years.

If you’re as unlucky as me, deciding to skip a skin could result in months of waiting before they become available again. The shop rotation is random, meaning there is no way of telling what will become available the next day.

Most individual skins only remain up in the VALORANT shop for 24 hours. The shop often gets more vibrant during seasonal events which can add items that often stay longer in the shop. In such cases, VALORANT players tend to have until the end of the event to purchase these skins.
