Evil Geniuses has announced ts partnership with Elysian Brewing, who has become the first official craft beer of Evil Geniuses. The two Seattle-based organizations share a passion for cultivating community and will tap into partnership opportunities locally, as well as domestically and internationally across Evil Geniuses’ global fanbase.

The partnership is wide reaching and will span across multiple Evil Geniuses properties, including social media and content channels, as well as EG’s “Live Proud” platform. One of the marquee activations will be a custom video content series called ‘Open Space.’

Open Space will be a multi-part episodic series showcasing talent from across EG’s diverse rosters of champion esports competitors. Dota, CS:GO, and League fans alike will gravitate toward this series that’s anchored around Elysian Brewing’s flagship craft beer, Space Dust IPA.

“We have strong core values here at EG,” said Brian Millman, director of corporate partnerships at Evil Geniuses. “With Elysian, we are aligning ourselves with another Seattle brand that shares our commitment to making the ecosystem more creative, more welcoming and more accessible to anyone that loves esports.”

EG's partnership with Elysian Brewing is its second brewery partnership. Earlier this year, Evil Geniuses became the latest esports organization to partner with Bud Light. Bud Light is also the official beer of the 2021 League of Legends Championship Series, and the partnership extends to the aces in LCS matches being referred to as the Bud Light Ace and the Budlight Lounge segment that takes place after the broadcast. 

Elysian and Evil Geniuses will be releasing further details on their partnership in the near future.
