Unity Korea has revealed that they will be holding their ‘Unity Community Event’ at the international game exhibition, G-Star 2019.

Each year at G-Star, Unity has held various events for those that work in the game industry. This year, they will have a pop-up lounge, various events, and a networking party.

From the 14th to the 16th (KST), they will be opening a pop-up lounge, held at the ‘Twosome Place’ (Cafe) near Bexco, from 10 a.m. to 6p.m. each day. Unity will be hosting their ‘Unity Consulting’ program, where visitors will be able to learn more about Unity and be consulted by experts. ‘Multiplay’, specialists in enterprise game server hosting for game creators, and ‘Vivox’, providers of managed communication services in the form of integrated voice chat and Instant Messaging to online games, virtual worlds and other online communities, will host consultation sessions for the first time.

Also, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and from 1 p.m., to 5 p.m., there will be ‘Refresh Events’, which will consist of 3 minute portraits and Tarot card readings. Also, those that participate in the quick surveys at the pop-up lounge will take home Unity t-shirts, and those who pre-register for the pop-up lounge will also be provided with 3 free drinks vouchers.

At 8 p.m. of the 14th (KST), Unity will be hosting ‘Trinity Party’, where people who work in the game industry will have a chance to broaden their network. It will be held at ‘Club Hexx’, located in Paradise Hotel Busan, and there will be special guest performances by famous Korean music groups, such as Davichi and Koyote. At the venue, there will also be a retro games zone, with a chance to win various prizes through the ‘Lucky Draw Event’. Those that pre-register for the ‘Trinity Party’ will be provided with beer and various finger food.

Pre-registration is open through the pre-registration page on the official Unity website until Nov. 12th (KST).
