To celebrate League of Legends World Championship Finals, on November 10th, in Paris, France, Riot Games introduced a new skin set that has everyone freaked out about.
True Damage is the newest musical project of Riot Games, featuring Soyeon of (G)I-DLE, Duckwrth, Thutmose, Becky G and Keke Palmer. The virtual hip hop group was born when K / DA lead rapper Akali decided to bring together Ekko, Senna, Qiyana and Yasuo in an ambitious collaboration.
Riot Games had announced a collaboration with luxury brand Louis Vuitton a couple months back, promising that summoners would get their hands on skins and capsules designed by the haute-couture team. Qiyana and Senna will get in-game Prestige skins designed by Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of women’s collections, Nicolas Ghesquière.
Louis Vuitton is known for being abrand few can afford. Musical artists, specially in the Hip-Hop scene are very fond of the LV logo. It makes a lot of sense for the True Damage girls do be decked out in expensive clothing.
Well, we can only guess from Louis Vuitton's usual price tags. We have visited their online store - a bit too intimidated to walk in their real stores - and compared Quiyana's clothing to similar designs they had available. Here's what we found:
We did not include her tiara as Louis Vuitton did not have anything like that available, but let's be honest, that ice is custom. Everything else is a rough estimate of what similar designs would be priced at. It could fluctuate...and we didn't mention taxes!
Turns our that you have to drop about $10,915 to dress like the Empress of Elements. I guess we'll just stick to buying $15 on Riot Points okay?
