The All-Stars Event is a festival hosted by Riot Games for LoL communities and players around the world, inviting popular players and figures from each region. The 2019 All-Stars Event will be held from the 5th through the 7th of December in Las Vegas.
Fans around the world can vote for the pro players they want to see and a total of 26 pro players will be given the privilege to take part in the event. The candidates will be selected among the players who have performed well during the summer split and the two players with the most votes per region regardless of their position or team will be invited. The schedule for the ballot is to be announced. After the ballot, Riot will select six additional pro players and other League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics personalities to make up a total of 64 All-Stars.
In this year’s All-Stars Event, there will be various modes to be played including a 1v1 tournament, 5v5 Summoner’s Rift, showmatches, URF, and Tandem mode. Alongside the traditional LoL events, a Teamfight Tactics tournament will also be held as the mode became a beloved mode since its release.
