Echo Fox only has one win through three weeks of the 2019 LCS Summer Split, but it was certainly one to remember. On the second day of the split, Echo Fox shocked the LCS, upsetting Team Liquid who was still fatigued from the 2019 Mid-Season Invitational. Starting AD Carry Lawrence "Lost" Hui and Mid Laner David "Yusui" Bloomquist in place of Apollo "Apollo" Price and Kim "Fenix" Jae-hun, respectively, Echo Fox executed cleanly on pro-active plays around the map.

Echo Fox owner Rick Fox was ecstatic following the win, coming up to the press room to congralate his players and talk LoL Esports with the rest of the room. It was during this time that Inven Global was able to speak to Rick Fox about his team's big win, his personal balance, and his quest to escape the Iron tier.
