CORSAIR, one of the leading companies in gaming gear and PC peripherals, has announced its official partnership with Counter Logic Gaming.
Through this partnership, CLG will take part in the development of CORSAIR’s next generation of gaming devices, and will also be using CORSAIR’s products in various eSports matches. CORSAIR will also be the exclusive provider of PC peripherals for all of CLG’s teams, according to CLG’s official website.
George “HotShotGG” Georgallidis, founder of CLG, assured his confidence in CORSAIR by saying that he was impressed by “how vocal their fans and consumers are about supporting their products.” He also added, “Sometimes I browse Reddit and the comments are always in support of how awesome CORSAIR is. It's important to me that our fans feel like they're getting value from the products they support and I feel confident CLG can put our support behind CORSAIR, a brand we believe in."
CLG has teams in League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Overwatch, Super Smash Bros, and Hearthstone, though they are especially famous for League of Legends. As a prominent eSports team, CLG has won numerous matches and is expected to win more matches this year.
“Counter Logic Gaming is a premier eSports team and we could not think of anyone better to show what our gaming gear can do when the pressure is on,” said Lauren Premo, manager in the Gaming Marketing Department of CORSAIR. “They are a shining example of what an eSports team should be: hard working, innovative, and incredibly devoted to their fans.”
An event celebrating the new partnership was held during the weekend of Jan. 14 to Jan. 15 at the CORSAIR Game Room. Members of CLG, including Elliot, and CORSAIR gathered together to celebrate their successful partnership and enjoyed a great experience meeting fans and playing games with CORSAIR’s PCs.
Fans all over the world are anxious to see CLG continue to achieve victory this year. Partnering with CORSAIR, CLG equips their new epic gear and is ready to take on the world.
