This week's cartoon features the beginning of LCK 2017 Spring Season.

The official roster for this season was finally released on the 12th by KeSPA. Looking at the lineups, I could not help but look back at the hectic transfer season where many talents left Korea while others came back. This year's lineup, created with so many players coming and going, surely offer us many things to see.

LCK fans have been looking forward to this season as well because many things happened over the winter giving us more interesting things to expect and take away from each game. The League giant SKT T1 is not the only one that had gone through changes. ROX Tigers, kt Rolster, Longzhu Gaming, Afreeca Freecs and Jin Air Green Wings also made tweaks to their strategy. kt Rolster especially made bold changes to its lineup, as it seems to be looking to really topple over SKT T1 this time.

On the other hand, there are also teams that managed to stick together and solidify their teamwork instead of going through rebuilds. Samsung Galaxy is one example, of which the entire team stayed together after showing a major underdog drama in Worlds last year. MVP is also expected to show more solid teamwork, and Kongdoo Monster is also ready to begin the new season. bbq Olivers [formerly ESC Ever] is resonating its majestic presence, giving LCK fans another reason to have fried chicken as they watch the games.

There was much sorrow last year as many players' contract expired, but we are now ready to welcome a new season with new lineups and fried chicken. I certainly hope more and more fried chicken franchises sponsor LCK.
