Veteran Froggen has returned to the NA LCS by joining Golden Guardians.
On the 6th of December, Golden Guardians announced through their official Twitter that they have signed Henrik “Froggen” Hansen.
Along with the acquisition, they announced their starting roster for 2019 consisted of Kevin “Hauntzer” Yarnell, Juan “Contractz” Arturo Garcia, Froggen, Matthew “Deftly” Chen, and Kim “Olleh” Joo-sung.
Froggen is one of the players with the longest career in the League of Legends scene. He is especially known for his skills on Anivia. From 2016 through 2017, he played for Echo Fox. For the most of 2018, Froggen stayed as a free agent, but he played in Origen shortly and became the champions of European Masters 2018.
Golden Guardians started their journey in the NA LCS in 2018, but haven’t had a thrilling year; they finished 10th in both spring and summer splits. Coming into the 2019 season, they made drastic changes in their roster by signing Hauntzer, Froggen, and Olleh.
