Two Korean LoL players, Rush and Fenix will play for Echo Fox in 2019.
On the 1st of December (KST), NA LCS' Echo Fox announced the signings of jungler, Lee "Rush" Yoon-jae and mid laner, Kim "Fenix" Jae-hoon.
In the case of Rush, it will be his comeback to NA. He made his NA LCS debut as a member of Team Impulse. After performing a year, he made his move to C9 and stayed for approximately a year and a half. Then, Rush went to kt Rolster and made his LCK debut. However, with Score in the jungle position, it was hard for him to perform as a starting member of the team. After he played for kt as a sub jungler for a year, he decided to join Echo Fox to make his NA comeback.
Fenix has also been playing in NA for most of his pro career. Playing as a member of NA teams such as Team Liquid and Golden Coin United, he made his move to Echo Fox in late 2017. After performing for them for a year, according to himself, he was notified with a rather sudden and controversial release from the team. However, he still managed to rejoin Echo Fox for the 2019 split.
