2017 League of Legends Champions Korea(LCK) will begin on January 17th(KST).

This year's LCK is expected to be the most intense season thus far; with many star players returning to Korea, the participating teams are certain to be powerful.

SKT T1 is aiming to win Worlds for the third year in a row with the addition of Wang-ho "Peanut" Yoon, Ha-neul "SKY" Kim, and more. KT Rolster has successfully rebuilt its squad into an Avengers-like lineup of Dong-bin "Score" Go, Kyung-ho "Smeb" Song, Won-seok "PawN" Heo, Hyuk-kyu "Deft" Kim, and Se-hyeong "Mata" Cho. Along with them, many other teams have strengthened their competitive edge as well.

Other regions will also be starting their own leagues in the same week as LCK. Further details of the 2017 LCK are scheduled to be announced at a later date.
