The London Spitfire may have been crowned the champions of the inaugural season of the Overwatch League back in July, but the fun has just begun. On August 1st, the signing window for teams to renegotiate contracts with their existing League and Contenders players, as well as make trades with other teams, opened, and that window closes September 9th.
On September 9th, any Season 1 players not signed to a team become free agents, and then for another month, from September 9th to October 7th, Overwatch League expansion teams have an exclusive window to sign free agents. And finally, on October 8th, a free agent signing period begins for all teams. Each must have a minimum of eight players under contract by December 1st.
Needless to say, with a mere nine days remaining for organizations and players to renegotiate contracts, roster change announcements are being made left and right. And so without further ado, here is your no-frills guide to post-season Overwatch League roster adjustments.
