eSports has become one of the fastest entertainment platforms worldwide and is estimated to have over 427 million viewers worldwide as of 2019. For those of you unfamiliar with eSports, it is a competitive video game platform, often composed of professional players in an organized tournament or settings with multiplayer games. The games are often live-streamed, with the players competing for money and prizes. This type of play has gained the attention of millennials and centennials alike. Even ESPN has begun covering tournaments.
