SKT T1 announced via its official Twitter that the former CJ Entus midlaner, Haneul "Sky" Kim will be joining the team.

Sky made his debut last year with CJ and competed valiantly for the midlaner position with BDD, making great contributions to the team’s success. Showing emphasized skill when it came to champions with global presence, such as Taliyah and Twisted Fate, he proved to be an invaluable part of the team, often easing things out for the bottom lane.

Although Sky was praised for being a consistent player, he was criticized for lacking carry potential. This is understandable, as CJ’s team strategy centered around their bottom lane duo. SKT, an organization known for having the best coaching staff, aims to utilize Sky’s midlaner potential to synergize with Faker just as it did with Easyhoon.
